Biography:

Àngel Codinach i Campllonch, was born in Olot in February 11, 1922 and died in July 21, 1995, one forms artistic in the School of Fine Arts of its native city, directed by Melchor Domenge and, later, by the escultor Martín Casadevall. It comprised of grup of painters "Cràter d'Art", of diverse tendencies, that bet by the renovation of the traditional direction of the art of Olot.

In 1954 it made its first individual exhibition, in Olot. It worked like friezer in the popular factory of religious images (Can Sacrest) in 1963, and in 1965 in the factory "L´Art Cristià" (The Christian Art) of Olot.
